How to hack/retrieve a facebook account

I don't know how some people manage to hack some facebook account, like mine, regardless of how hard to guess our passwords. Anyway, this step might both hack and recover any facebook account.
1. Go to facebook, (of course -.- )
There's a possibility that some people lost their accounts because of logging in some facebook phishing sites(yea, due to carelessness). As far as I know Facebook is site where anyone can't do the so-called SQL Injection.
Going on...
2. CLICK the "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?"
3. Enter your email, phone number (if you think facebook got your number)
OR <- take note of that
Enter your username (if your facebook have a username, but in the case of my __ , she has no username, I suppose)
OR
(for hackers:) the full name/your full name
4. Yea, click on the SEARCH button.
